I love to check the postings on CraigsList since it is one of the best ways to keep a pulse on actual demand in certain industries. I typed in search to see what kind of things come up. Hell, if it wasn’t for CraigsList I probably would have never learned about SEO or found my current firm. Craig Hordlow of Red Bricks Media has been working on an interesting idea. He believes that Google search is slowing down as destination sites continue to grow. These destination sites include wikipedia, facebook, myspace, craigslist, yelp, youtube etc. You can read more about his theory on his Mostly SEO Blog . This blog is started because I think that Google is getting too big and powerful. I have some kind of disorder where anytime something gets too big I get a little suspicious. Do not get me wrong I still use Google Search, but I think what Google has been doing sucks. I have been following search for some time now and I thought it’s time to create a blog that follows Google to make sure they stay true to their “don’t be evil” creed.
