How Not To Sell SEO Services
I recently received an email from and SEO who tried to sell me his services. Within 20 seconds I could tell that he scraped for my email and sent me an automated email. The website he found my email on was one of the very first websites I build. This is back when I did not understand that ranking for keywords no one searches for like “stop car pollution” is worthless. I thought I can use SEO to help the planet, boy was I wrong. You have to give people what they want and rank for things like “remove drm” and “ameriprise complaints” to make any profit. Because I had put so much time and energy into my little www.Carfartz.com site I decided to keep it around and use it to conduct SEO experiments. Never in a million years did I think someone would try to sell me services for such a POS site.
Read on to see his email and why it sucks.

Google Growth Has Peaked - What is an SEO to do?
Craig Hordlow of Red Bricks Media has been working on an interesting idea. He believes that Google search is slowing down as destination sites continue to grow. These destination sites include wikipedia, facebook, myspace, craigslist, yelp, youtube etc. You can read more about his theory on his Mostly SEO Blog . I agree completely with his theory, but I will take it one step further.

Me and Cutts are Buddies
Apparently the way to get credibility in the SEO community is to take a picture with Matt Cutts. Well here is a picture of me and Matt in out BBoy Stance, I heard he was thinking about leaving Google to start a full time break dancing career. BFFs!!

Google Paid Link Flaw : Why Google Will Fail
This is a guest post from Demerzel’s SEO Blog on the big fallacy of Google Search.
This guest post is entirely dedicated to the problems of Google’s algorithm and not about the fairness of what it is doing. If you’re looking for a shoulder to cry on, you’re barking up the wrong tree as Google is entirely within its rights (at this point) to do what it wants for its search engine. As such, if you’re looking to rant and rave on that issue, go visit the following blogs:
However, if you’re looking to understand why Google will ultimately fail as a search engine in trying to keep a large emphasis on link juice, then read on.
